Stunning Detached House design by Anna Noguera Architects in Castelldefels, Barcelona
The stunning building is located in Castelldefels, Barcelona Spain, built in the existing area of the front, playing with two levels on the same street frontage and the access to that next level. Designed by Anna Noguera Architects collaborated with I. Bennasar, this detached house was built on 234 m² project areas in 2004. The house lower level is semienterrado, leaving all the dependencies, bedrooms and bathrooms opening to the south. This level connects to the bottom of the site and the area for a future pool. A scale longitudinal communicates with the access level, where the final piece of large-dining room-kitchen open to the south and good views, which communicates with two terraces, one month and small outdoor oriented east and south and another covered porch with a targeted west and south. This piece is twined with a small body located in the north where the entrance to the house, a small bathroom, laundry, and a staircase that leads to a small study-dependence to enjoys the excellent views and provides the roof of the house.
